Debit Card Text Alerts
Protect your debit card with smart text alerts
We take your security seriously. That's why we've rolled out a new feature to further safeguard your debit card against potential fraud. If we detect any suspicious activity, you'll be instantly notified via text message or email. This will allow you to quickly verify the charge and take action to protect your account.

Here's how it works

If we spot a suspicious charge, you'll receive a text message from us alerting you to potential fraud.

Simply reply to the text with "Yes" if the charge is legitimate or "No" if it's not.

Based on your response, we'll either approve the charge and remove the temporary block or maintain the block to prevent further unauthorized transactions.
You can trust that we'll never ask for personal information via text – that hasn’t changed!
